Counselor/ Sr. Counselor – EduVelocity Global CounselsLocation: Delhi / Chandigarh (On-site)Experience: 0–3 yearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout EduVelocityAt EduVelocity (EV), we’re a team of passionate and qualified counselors dedicated to helping students discover and reach their best-fit universities — in India and around the world.With over 35 years of collective experience, our team has guided students to top global institutions across the U.S., U.K., Canada, Europe, Australia, Singapore, and leading private universities in India.We go beyond admissions — helping students build strong, well-rounded profiles that prepare them for success in their dream universities and future careers.If you’re excited to work in a dynamic, growth-oriented educational environment and enjoy blending emotional intelligence with strategic guidance, we’d love to have you on our teamKey ResponsibilitiesConduct counseling sessions, aptitude testing, and life skills workshops for students.Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.Recommend suitable testing/coaching centers and maintain accurate student records.Deliver engaging pre-departure sessions for students heading abroad.Collaborate with students to create personalized quarterly timelines aligned with their goals.Guide students in profile building, CV development, and college planning.Lead mock interviews and test preparation sessions as per student activity plans.Design creative and interactive activities that support overall student growth.Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to organizational initiatives.Handle additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by the manager.QualificationsMaster’s degree inPsychology, Counseling, Child & Human Development, Counseling & Guidance or Event ManagementStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExperience in student counseling, mentoring, or training (preferred)Ability to organize and conduct engaging profile-building activitiesTeam player with excellent organizational skillsWork ScheduleMonday to Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PMSaturday: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PMTraining & Probation Period: 3 monthsThis is an on-site role requiring occasional travel across India and internationally.Join us to shape futures and make an impact that lasts a lifetime.If this sounds like you, apply now and grow your career with EduVelocity Global Counsels LLP .
