Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Assistant at Digital Jalebi. The Account Assistant will be responsible for credit control, petty cash management, finance tasks, communication with clients, and basic accounting duties.
Qualifications
Finance and Accounting knowledge
Effective communication skills
Experience in financial administration
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Proficiency in accounting software is a plus
Credit Control and Petty Cash management skills
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing financial statements like Cash/Bank trial, Cash Flow & Funds Flow statements and Final Accounts.
Preparation of daily purchase & sales entries.
Preparation of purchase order.
Handling Bank Accounts and Reconciliations.
Expenses and Income statement.
Managing the administrative tasks
Preparation of receipts, submission and payment follow ups.
Preparation of bills receivable & payable statement.
Vendors invoices verification with concerned department and payment within credit period.
Prepares payments by verifying documentation.
Ensuring timely preparation and filing of statutory reports.  Computations and filing of GST returns (GSTR1 & GSTR3B and GSTR9 and GSTR9C
Statutory Report such as PT, EPF & ESI  Coordinating with Clients and Banks.
Preparation of payroll statement.
Office maintenances (like power, telephone, water bills payments, Vehicle booking etc.).
Preparation of cheques for payments and online funds transfer through internet banking.
