Job description:Job Title:Lecturer – GGFIDepartment: Academics / TrainingLocation: BangaloreEmployment Type: Full-timeJob Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Lecturer for GGFI (Golden Gym Fitness Institute) who can deliver engaging and informative lectures to students pursuing fitness training and certification. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in fitness, health sciences, or physical education, and a passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring fitness professionals.Key Responsibilities:Deliver lectures and practical sessions as per the GGFI curriculumPrepare lesson plans, study materials, and presentationsEvaluate and assess students' progress through tests, assignments, and practicalsGuide students through theoretical and hands-on learning in fitness, anatomy, physiology, and training techniquesStay updated with industry trends, certifications, and methodologiesParticipate in faculty meetings, curriculum development, and training workshopsEnsure 100% adherence to academic and training schedulesProvide career guidance and support to students preparing for roles in the fitness industryQualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, Nutrition, or a related fieldCertification in fitness training from recognized bodies (e.g., ACE, ISSA, NSCA, GGFI Certified Trainer, etc.)Prior teaching or training experience preferredStrong communication and presentation skillsPassion for health, wellness, and educationDesirable Skills:Ability to engage and motivate learnersPractical knowledge of gym equipment, workout plans, and injury preventionExperience with digital teaching tools and learning management systemsCPR or First Aid Certification is a plus
