Each delivers tailored solutions for our candidates and clients from our offices in the UK, Ireland, India, South Africa, China, the Philippines, Australia, Canada, and the USA, with more office openings on the horizon.Job Summary: To develop and grow both relationships and revenue within the region, ensuring that we continue to further our mission of Improving Patient Care. With a full understanding of the role and the business, grow the region in line with company targets with a high level of customer service.Responsibilities:Sales & Client Service DeliveryClient-Facing Sales and Relationship ManagementDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients.Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.Service is calling all clients to understand the demand and staffing they needDay-to-day Sales OperationsPerform the daily sales activities, including calls to candidates and clients to book the day-to-day shifts for the nurses.Ensure excellent customer service and alignment between sales and client service delivery.Accountability for Hours BookedBooking the target hours on a day-to-day basis.KPI Support DeliveryPerform the sales activities, like hours booked and call numbers.Ensure KPIs are met and aligned with company goals.Operations ManagementAdoption and Utilization of Processes and SystemsUsage of ICG Medical’s processes and systems for effective sales management.Building Relationships with StakeholdersEstablish and maintain strong relationships with the stakeholders.Qualifications:Excellent verbal and writing skills are a must.Candidate must be a graduate.Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.Candidates with a minimum of 1 Year of International Voice Process/International Customer Service or Sales experienceStrong sales and client relationship management skills.The candidate must be comfortable working in rotational shifts.Join us at ICG Medical and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare staffing.
