We are building things from scratch and setting them for scale. Small team: outsized scope, fast shipping, direct impact.
Shipping to dental clinics today, with India as our engineering hubs. You’ll build core systems and lay foundations as we scale. Shape a unified dental data model and mapping layer that adapts quickly to new sources while keeping definitions stable across 1- N integrations.
Design reliable automation with clear correctness guarantees to simplify day‑to‑day operations.
Build and ship end‑to‑end features that add value to our customers.
Develop and maintain the core infrastructure for our data processing systems.
Build systems that scale to thousands of customers with minimal implementation time.
Raise the quality bar: thoughtful tests, code reviews & mentoring peers.
2–5 years of building production web apps.
Experience with Databricks/Spark or similar data tooling.
Strong Python fundamentals and solid React skills.
Comfortable writing efficient SQL and reasoning about data correctness.
A product mindset: you care about UX details, reliability, and measurable outcomes.

Experience shaping unified data models across heterogeneous sources.
Healthcare or dental domain familiarity.
A knack for clear data visualization and storytelling.
