Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced SAP SCM Functional Business Analyst to optimize and implement SAP Supply Chain Management solutions. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure SAP modules (MM, PP, WM, QM), and ensure the smooth integration of SAP solutions to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for SAP SCM (MM, PP, WM, QM), identify process gaps, and design SAP solutions.
  • Configuration & Implementation: Configure SAP modules based on business needs and work with technical teams on customizations and integrations.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance: Design and execute test scenarios for SAP SCM solutions and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • System Support & Maintenance: Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and system checks to ensure smooth SAP SCM operations.
  • Change Management & Training: Deliver user training, support change management initiatives, and act as a liaison between IT and business users.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear documentation of SAP configurations and processes, providing regular updates to senior management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience with SAP S/4HANA and expertise in SCM modules (MM, PP, WM, QM). At least 3 years of total experience as an SAP Business Analyst or Functional Consultant.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA , understanding of supply chain processes, and familiarity with SAP Fiori.
  • Business Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, production planning, and logistics.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, IT, or a related field.
  • Certifications (Preferred): SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP SCM, or relevant certifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in manufacturing, retail, or distribution industries.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA migration from SAP ECC.
