3. Cost Control and Monitoring
Cost Tracking: Monitor project costs throughout the construction process, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Reporting: Provide regular cost reports to project managers and stakeholders, highlighting any potential issues or deviations from the budget.
4. Contract Management
Contract Administration: Assist in the preparation, negotiation, and management of contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Change Management: Assess and manage change orders, including the impact on costs and project timelines.
