Job Description : NETWORK ENGINEER – ROUTING and SWITCHING (3–8 Years of Experience) Role Overview: Leads the design, deployment, and optimization of traditional and cloud network infrastructures, providing technical expertise and mentoring junior engineers. Key Responsibilities: Manage and troubleshoot complex Layer 3 networks using TCP/IP, OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP. Configure and resolve issues with NAT, IPv4, and firewall policies (TCP/UDP). Troubleshoot and optimize cloud network environments in GCP and AWS. Adhere to change management processes and provide high-level on-call support. Collaborate with managers to eliminate outdated processes, establish work intake systems, and implement SLAs for changes. Required Skills: Advanced expertise in Layer 3 networking (TCP/IP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP). Strong proficiency in NAT, IPv4, and firewall operations (TCP/UDP). Design, implementation, and migration experience on Cisco and Cisco Nexus switches and routers. Experience in cloud network troubleshooting (GCP and AWS required). Proficiency in change management and operational support processes. Ability to mentor and lead technical initiatives.
