We aspire to elevate brands by seamlessly integrating creativity and data-driven insights, empowering them to make a meaningful impact and inspire positive change on a global scale.We are looking for a Senior Copywriter who:Is a strategic thinker, prolific writer, and at the very core of it all, a storyteller – someone with a unique lens to look at the world and its actionsCan develop clear, concise, and creative copy for a wide range of marketing materials, including but not limited to, advertisements, social media posts, website content, email campaigns, and brochuresCan ensure consistency in the brand voice and messaging across all platforms and materials to maintain a strong brand identity and resonate with the target audienceCan conduct thorough research to understand the target audience, industry trends, and competitors' strategies to inform your copy and make it more effectiveWill collaborate with the marketing team, designers, and other stakeholders to develop cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns that deliver the intended message effectivelyWill manage a team of creative writers by reviewing their work and ensure it is error-free, adheres to the brand guidelines, and meets the desired objectivesWill participate in brainstorming sessions to develop content ideas, themes, and strategies for upcoming campaignsKeeps abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in copywriting and marketing to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of our contentOther RequirementsTeam handling experience is mandatoryExcellent writing and communication skillsExperience of more than 4 years in an advertising / digital agencyAbility to write attention-grabbing headlines and effective body copyBachelor's degree in Creative Writing, Marketing, Communications, or related fieldLocation: Shahpurjat, DelhiWorking Days: Monday to Saturday (Except 1st and 3rd Saturdays)Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
