This is a full-time on-site role for a UI/UX designer located in Bengaluru. The UI/UX designer will be responsible for creating mock-ups, visual designs, and prototypes, as well as ensuring a seamless user experience. Day-to-day tasks involve collaborating with the design and development teams, conducting user research, and implementing front-end development techniques. Design and prototype intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for websites, web apps, and mobile apps. Create original illustrations, icons, and infographics to support product UI and marketing content. Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to bring design concepts to life. Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries. Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions. Ensure consistent visual language and brand identity across all platforms. Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies in UI/UX and digital illustration. 1+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role. ~ Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work and custom illustrations or graphic design projects . ~ Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or similar ~ Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop ( After Effects - motion graphics a plus). ~ Solid understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and responsive design. ~ Experience with prototyping and wireframing tools. ~ Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus (not mandatory). ~
