Job Title: Commercial Real Estate -CRE (Senior Associate/Delivery Lead/ Manager) Acuity is currently looking for experienced professionals (5-12 years) in US Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Portfolio Monitoring & CRE Lending to join our growing team in Gurgaon Location: Gurgaon (work from office) Work hours: 10am to 7pm IST Department: Lending Services Experience Level : 5-12 years Notice Period: 0-30 Days Interested candidates can directly mail the resume to Responsibilities •5–12 years of experience in CRE underwriting including the construction loans. Proven ability to underwrite commercial construction loans across asset classes: retail, office, mixed-use, industrial, and residential. Experience in analyzing construction draw schedules and monitoring progress to ensure compliance with loan terms. Expertise in analyzing borrower/guarantor financials including PFS, REO, and tax returns. Expertise in spreading the P&L Statements and Tax Returns of the Property. Skilled in preparing detailed credit committee memorandums for decision-making. Expertise in risk assessment and sensitivity analysis. Experience in reviewing loan packages, documentation, and managing closing procedures. Familiarity with market research including rent comps, sales comps, and submarket trends. Required Background • Analyze and deliver assigned deals/tasks within committed timelines • Update required trackers with latest status/updates • Responsible for value-add deliverables across different process within loan life cycle • Identify ways for improvement in efficiency gains and process improvement • Responsible for adherence to client SLAs and Policies • Perform ad-hoc tasks with detailed understanding on client requirement within stipulated timelines • Responsible for on-time identification and escalation of risks and mitigants
