Job Description: The Product Owner - Salesforce CoE Lead will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and enhancement of our Salesforce Solutions and accelerators, engaging with potential clients through impactful demos and presentations, and collaborating with the presales team to ensure seamless client interactions. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in fine-tuning existing products, driving innovation for new offerings, and staying ahead of the curve with Salesforce's latest advancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure optimal performance and regular maintenance of our Salesforce Solutions and accelerators.

• Create and deliver engaging demos and presentation snapshots for potential clients.

• Collaborate with the presales team to facilitate seamless client interactions and build strong client relationships.

• Continuously fine-tune and improve existing Salesforce solutions to meet market demands.

• Drive innovation and contribute to the development of new Salesforce-based App exchange products and solutions.

• Stay up-to-date with new Salesforce offerings and integrate them into our solutions.

• Provide strategic insights and support for business development initiatives.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience in a Product Owner role, specifically within Salesforce environments.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, products, and best practices.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Problem-solving skills with a focus on strategic and analytical thinking.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
