They are systems of record . We are building a system of action .We are looking for a Founding Engineer to architect an Agentic AI-Native ERP for the physical industries. We are backed by deep domain expertise and have secured a strategic partnership with a major enterprise customer to fund our MVP.The Opportunity: Employee #1This is not a maintenance role. This is a 0-to-1 build . You will work directly with the Founder (a technical builder) to architect the "Central Nervous System" for a massive legacy industry. You will own the tech stack, the architecture, and the engineering culture.The Engineering ChallengeWe are bridging the gap between modern AI and enterprise reliability.Complex Data Synthesis: Designing a unified data layer that seamlessly ingests messy, real-world operational data and converts it into structured financial intelligence.Scalable Autonomy: Building a resilient orchestration engine that allows AI agents to handle long-running, multi-step workflows without human intervention.Offline-First Resilience: Architecting a distributed system that ensures data consistency and performance even in unreliable, low-connectivity field environments.Who We Are Looking ForA "Product" Engineer: You care about the business problem and user value, not just the code.Senior Chops (7+ Years): You have architected complex backends from scratch.
