Job Description (JD) Position: TIBCO Developer Experience: 5–8 years Location: Chennai / Hyderabad / Pune / Bangalore Role Summary: The TIBCO Integration layer is a critical component of the application landscape. The Integration Developer ensures high-quality design and build deliverables and contributes to optimized end-to-end solutions . Key Responsibilities: Represent the integration domain during requirement analysis and solution design. Develop and implement designs prepared during analysis. Optimize solutions to ensure performance efficiency and resource utilization . Critically review and optimize developer deliverables within assigned projects. Participate in both Agile and Waterfall SDLC . Serve as a last line of defense for production issues with serious business impacts. Identify and eliminate inefficiencies via automation or process improvements . Technical Competencies: 5–6+ years of hands-on SOA/Integration development experience. Expert in TIBCO products: EMS 7.x/8.x, BW 5.x/6.x, ActiveSpaces, APIX, Adapters/SDK . Strong knowledge of Java, JMS, Oracle SQL, caching, encryption standards, microservices, and security . Strong understanding of integration design patterns, standards, and best practices . Ability to handle high complexity solution designs . Soft Skills & Leadership: Lead technical discussions and influence stakeholders. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and mentoring skills . Operate effectively in high-pressure, dynamic environments . Take ownership and responsibility for actions and project outcomes. Train and mentor team members, serving as a role model . Ensure end-to-end project delivery on time and with quality . Qualifications: B.E / M.E / M.Tech in Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer Science, or IT. If Intrested.
