KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Job Title: Engineering Manager – Offshore Oil & GasLocation: Mumbai, IndiaExperience: 20+ yearsKey Responsibilities:- Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams for offshore oil & gas projects.- Provide technical direction across detailed engineering, FEED, and EPC phases.- Review and approve engineering deliverables ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and project specifications.- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project management teams to ensure timely execution.- Drive design optimization, constructability, safety, and cost-effectiveness.- Mentor, guide, and develop engineering teams for high-performance delivery.Requirements:- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, Structural, or related discipline.- Minimum 20 years of experience in offshore oil & gas engineering, with at least 5+ years in a leadership/managerial role.- Strong expertise in offshore structures, topsides, jackets, subsea systems, and pipelines.- Hands-on knowledge of engineering software (STAAD, SACS, PDMS, etc.) and international standards.- Proven ability to lead large teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver complex offshore projects.-
