The role involves identifying, engaging, and converting partner leads across India, helping to expand oRRbit’s software distribution network.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify & qualify potential partner leads across IndiaConduct professional outreach through calls, WhatsApp, and emailPresent software solutions and partnership model; schedule demosConvert qualified leads into active partnersMaintain accurate daily reports on calls, leads, and closuresCollaborate with senior management to improve strategies and outcomesRequirementsMinimum 1+ years of proven experience in B2B software sales or partner acquisition (preferred)Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Bengali (written & verbal)Comfortable with tele-calling, video presentations, and remote client interactionsHighly motivated, target-driven, and results-orientedCompensation & BenefitsFixed salary: ₹30,000/monthPerformance-based incentives for every partner conversionRecurring incentives on yearly renewalsStructured training & mentorshipClear career path to Business Development Manager with performance-based promotionsWhy Join oRRbit™At oRRbit™, you’ll be part of a fast-growing tech brand that values innovation, independence, and measurable success.
