We’re looking for a smart, resourceful, and driven recent graduate to work directly with the CEO/founder. Think of this as a “Chief of Staff lite” role: you’ll be plugged into whatever is most urgent or important at the company that week. Some days it’ll be research, other days coordination with teams, and sometimes just helping the founder get random but critical tasks done. Work on a mix of strategic and operational projects (e.g., investor research, competitive analysis, meeting prep, process documentation) Help coordinate across teams and follow up on action items Jump into special projects as they arise (product experiments, customer insights, recruiting support, event prep, etc.) Comfortable switching contexts quickly (research one hour, operations the next) Exposure to fundraising, product, sales, and operations—often in the same day Mentorship and direct learning from the founder/CEO Opportunity to grow into a full-time role as the company scales
