Job Title: Product Manager
Location: Bangalore, India
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Lead technical program management efforts from Alpha through HVM phase, including Customer Demo Requests, Non-standard Requests, and Continuous Improvement Program (CIPs) upgrades and timelines
Track and manage Sales/Business Development actions to closure.
Provide product quotes to customers and product configurations for internal operations.
Drive priorities to ensure products are achieving schedule and milestone targets by proactively escalating risks and obstacles.
Ensure product development process (PDP) is followed. Drive cross-functional team accountability to meet gate-exit scorecard milestones and lead gate reviews.
Communicate product status to internal, customer, and management.
Ensure the product roadmap meets the future needs of our customers.
Research industry trends to understand requirements for the semiconductor industry.
Drive multiple product families, road map and product position strategies
Accountable for MRS (Market research specification) including TAR (Total available market) and SAM (Served available market)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. MBA preferred.
5- 10 years of work experience with Program/Product Management.
Experience with Salesforce, Semiconductor Equipment, and IDM preferred.
A working understanding of wet chemical processes is preferred.
Solid understanding of Backend Packaging Technologies preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in MS Office
