The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in safety audits, compliance management, and risk prevention within a manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities ✅ Ensure compliance with statutory safety, health, and environmental regulations.✅ Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify unsafe conditions.✅ Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and recommend corrective measures.✅ Develop and implement safety programs, SOPs, and emergency response plans.✅ Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.✅ Identify and assess workplace hazards (HIRA) and ensure effective control measures.✅ Lead fire and evacuation mock drills and ensure the readiness of emergency systems.✅ Maintain documentation of audits, trainings, and statutory compliance records.✅ Coordinate with government authorities and external agencies during inspections.✅ Promote and strengthen a culture of safety and continuous improvement.What We’re Looking For Strong understanding of occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.Experience in compliance audits, risk management, and documentation.Excellent communication, leadership, and training skills.Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of coordinating across departments.Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setup preferred.Why Join Oswal Pumps Limited?
