Role: -AI with UX designer and developerTotal years of experience: - 4+ yearsLocation: - Noida/Chennai/BangaloreRelevant Experience: - 2+ yearsResponsibilities- Lead the end-to-end UX strategy and vision for Vision AI product workflows, annotation tools, dashboards, and customer-facing applications.- Architect, implement, and own the design system, ensuring scalability, accessibility, and multi-device consistency.- Hands-on creation of wireframes, prototypes, interactive flows, and pixel-perfect high-fidelity designs using Figma (and advanced AI plugins).- Code, review, and optimize front-end components in React (or similar), integrating AI-powered features (object detection, visual analytics).- Drive data-driven UX through usability testing, persona development, journey mapping, interviews—automated and accelerated where possible via AI-powered research tools.- Leverage generative AI platforms (Uizard, Galileo AI, Genius, Dall-E, Midjourney) to ideate, generate design assets, and streamline copywriting for micro-interactions.- Collaborate deeply with product managers, ML/data scientists, and backend engineers to ensure intuitive, ethical integration of AI features and model outputs.- Lead accessibility, inclusion, and responsible AI design initiatives to support diverse personas and transparent model explainability.- Mentor and guide junior designers and developers, establishing scalable processes and best practices.- Own design reviews, stakeholder presentations, and continual improvement of UX based on analytics and user feedback.Essential Tools & TechnologiesDomain Relevant Tools & TechnologiesUI/UX Design Figma (+AI plugins: Genius, Locofy, Magician), Adobe XD, Sketch, UXPin, InVision, Uizard, Galileo AI, Framer MotionFront-End Dev React, TypeScript, Redux, Styled Components, SASS/LESS, Storybook, Cypress/JestAI Asset Generation Dall-E, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Canva Magic, Jasper AI, Notion AIUser Research & Analytics Maze, User Testing, Hotjar, Full Story, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, AI-based survey toolsCollaboration Git/GitHub, Jira, Confluence, MiroAccessibility & QA Axe, Lighthouse, WAVE, Testing LibraryRequired Skills & Experience- 4+ years in UX design and front-end application development, with at least 2 years in leadership roles for complex, data-rich web products.- Strong hands-on experience in React/TypeScript (or Angular/Vue), with well-documented production UX/UI deployments.- Expert-level proficiency in Figma (plus advanced plugins for AI augmentation), Adobe XD, Sketch, and collaborative prototyping.- Deep knowledge of design systems, component architecture, atomic design, and cross-platform best practices.- Solid understanding of computer vision UI/UX patterns (video annotation, prediction review, explainable AI overlays, interactive dashboards).- Proven experience in leveraging AI tools (Uizard, Galileo AI, Writer, Dall-E, Jasper, Midjourney, ChatGPT) for faster design iteration and creative workflows.- Background in accessibility (WCAG, ARIA roles), inclusive design, and usability testing methodologies.- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex enterprise product UX, preferably with Vision AI, analytics, or ML-driven applications.
