Roles and Responsibilities:

• A Kentico CMS 11 developer is responsible for building, maintaining, and updating websites and web applications using the Kentico CMS platform.
• This includes developing custom components, templates, and APIs, as well as migrating content from older versions of Kentico or other systems.
• They also ensure the quality of their work through testing and troubleshooting, and collaborate with other team members.

• Core Development: Website Development: Building new websites, microsites, and web applications within the Kentico CMS environment.
• Customization: Creating custom components, widgets, page templates, and APIs to meet specific project requirements.
• Content Management: Managing and migrating content within the Kentico CMS, including both scripted and manual migration processes.
• Integration: Integrating the Kentico CMS with other systems and services, such as payment gateways, CRM systems, or third-party APIs.
• Performance Optimization: Ensuring the website and applications are optimized for performance and scalability.
• Security: Implementing security best practices and ensuring the website is protected against vulnerabilities.
• Kentico Specifics: Kentico Versions: While the job description mentions Kentico 11, some roles may involve migrating from or to other versions, such as Kentico 12 or the newer Kentico Xperience ( ASP.NET Core MVC).
