Position: Full Stack Developer - Dot Net + React Experience: 4-10 years Location: Bangalore, KA Notice Period: Serving Notice Period or Immediate Essential Functions Maintain awareness of the Company’s strategic goals and development plans, and upon request, develop specific project programs and implementation plans to support these targets.

Assist with the preparation of system specifications, design methodology, testing, and quality documentation that comply with the Company’s programming standards.

Collaborate with management to agree on priorities and timelines for all business activities.

Assist in developing personnel resource plans with a focus on necessary skills and competencies.

Lead and mentor multiple development teams, ensuring effective coordination and close collaboration with Development Team Leads.

Manage and develop direct reports, addressing their training needs and providing consultative, technical, and employee support.

Ensure regular communication with direct reports regarding strategic and specific development plans.

Lead, enable, and monitor direct report performance through effective collaboration, goal setting, and regular feedback to enhance overall team efficiency and productivity.

Review code to ensure it is functional, high-quality, adheres to clean coding principles, and meets company standards.

Collaborate effectively with project owners and other team leaders to meet project and architectural goals, while orchestrating the team’s development efforts.

Resolve technical issues, provide support, and offer mentorship to team members as needed.

Demonstrate deep understanding of software architecture, development methodologies, and coding standards.

Comprehensive knowledge of C#,.

NET development platform, backend databases (e.g., SQL Server, Postgre SQL), and familiarity with ORMs.

Experience with modern web development technologies, especially React and Redux.

Expertise in Dev Ops practices, cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS), and CI/CD pipelines.

Mastery of test-driven development (TDD) and its implementation.

Promote the use of object-oriented design patterns and strong object-oriented programming concepts.

Strong understanding of modern software architecture, including microservices, domain-driven design (DDD), domain models, and CQRS.

Delegate tasks appropriately to direct reports while managing discipline and attendance within the team.

Pursue self-development through selected reading, seminars, and continuing education.

Work closely with Scrum Masters to support development team health and productivity.

Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Key Performance Outcomes Coach and mentor direct reports to help them meet career goals, improve technical capabilities, and meet performance objectives by establishing Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and completing quarterly performance reviews.

Provide timely and clear status updates to management.

Actively participate in daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, and sprint planning to represent development input and ensure timely product delivery.

Ensure quality continually improves within areas of responsibility.

Deliver timely product releases and resolve technical roadblocks effectively.

Manage, prioritize, and schedule tasks to meet all targets and deadlines.

Follow company quality procedures, initiatives, and improvement programs, and report the status of all assigned tasks to direct managers regularly.

Provide customer or staff training, mentoring, and coaching when necessary.

Be proactive in personal development through training and staying up-to-date with relevant technology or methodologies.

Ensure good IT practices, such as virus protection and regular backups, are followed in all areas under your control.

Required Skills & Experience Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related fields or equivalent knowledge.

Experience: 4+ years of experience in full-stack development with.

NET technologies.

At least 2+ years of experience leading one or more software development teams.

Experience working in a Dev Ops environment, with strong expertise in cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.

Strong knowledge of React and Redux for front-end development, and deep expertise in backend technologies like C# and.

NET. Technical/Functional Skills: Strong knowledge of software architecture, Dev Ops, cloud, CI/CD, and Agile practices (Kanban, Scrum).

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and management.
