Senior DevOpsRole Overview:We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer who can own the end-to-end DevOps strategy, infrastructure planning, and solution architecture for our client engagements. This role demands a deep understanding of AWS, Azure(GCP exposure a plus), infrastructure as code, and CI/CD—combined with the ability to perform gap analysis, design custom cloud-native architectures, and drive implementation aligned with business goals.Key Responsibilities:- Own and define DevOps strategy and architecture for multiple client projects- Designcloud-nativeinfrastructuresolutionsusingAWS,Azure(GCPisaplus)- ConductgapanalysisandDevOpsmaturityassessmentstoidentifyimprovement areas- TranslatebusinessrequirementsintotechnicalDevOpsarchitecturesandroadmaps- ExperiencedinderivingtasksandcreatingETAs- Evaluate and recommend best-fit tools, platforms, and processes for CI/CD, IAC, containerization, and monitoring- BuildandguideteamsonInfrastructureasCode(Terraformpreferred)andautomatedprovisioning- Leading the setup and scaling of Kubernetes clusters (EKS, AKS) and Docker-based microservices- Integrateobservabilitystacks(e.g.,Prometheus,Grafana,ELK,CloudWatch)- Drivesecuritybestpractices,costoptimization, and governance policies- Support pre-sales with solutioning, effort estimation, and proposals when needed- Mentor DevOps engineers and collaborate with developers, architects, and project managersRequired Skills:- 5+yearsofDevOpsexperienceincloud-native environments- Proven experience with both AWS and Azure; GCP exposure is a bonus- Strong knowledge of Terraform,Kubernetes(EKS,AKS),Docker,andKafka- Experienced in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)- Deep understanding of cloud security, cost optimization, and scalable architectureprinciples- Hands-onwithmonitoring/loggingtools(CloudWatch,Prometheus,ELK,Azure Monitor)- Solidscriptingordevelopmentbackground(Pythonpreferred)- Strong documentation, presentation, and client communication skills- Ability to lead DevOps assessments, define DevOps roadmaps, and execute phased deliveryNicetoHave:- DevOps or Cloud Certifications (AWSDevOpsPro, AzureSolutionsArchitect, CKA, etc.)- Exposure to GitOps, Helm, ServiceMesh, and Serverless architecture- Experienceinclientconsultingorpre-salessolutioning
