The ideal candidate will be a performance-driven marketing leader with expertise in brand building, digital campaigns, and customer acquisition strategies .The role requires strong hands-on knowledge of digital platforms, SEO/SEM, paid marketing, and brand strategy , along with the ability to lead large teams and manage cross-functional collaboration .Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive 360° marketing strategies (Digital, ATL, BTL, TTL).Lead brand positioning, campaign management, and customer acquisition strategies.Own and optimize marketing budgets across online and offline channels.Drive performance marketing through SEO, SEM, paid media, affiliates, remarketing, and partnerships.Manage web, CRM, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).Collaborate with sales, product, and business leadership to maximize ROI.Build strong customer personas and analytics-driven strategies for precise targeting.Oversee creative, content, and communication consistency across all touchpoints.Drive offline marketing initiatives including events, BTL activities, and community programs.Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team.Desired Candidate Profile✅ 10+ years of progressive marketing experience in Ed-Tech industry (mandatory).✅ Current/previous role as Head of Marketing / Sr. Digital Marketing Manager in top Ed-Tech companies (e.g., BYJU’S, Unacademy, UpGrad, Simplilearn, Vedantu, Great Learning, etc.).✅ Proven success in digital and performance marketing campaigns delivering measurable ROI.✅ Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Analytics, SEO tools, social platforms, CRM & automation tools .✅ Strong experience in affiliate marketing, webinars, and BTL activations .✅ Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams and cross-functional stakeholders.✅ Analytical mindset with strong data-driven decision-making.✅ Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).✅ Educational background: B.Tech / MBA preferred; certifications in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.) are a plus.✅ Exposure to global online learning/training businesses will be an added advantage.
