You will be a core member of our Bengaluru engineering team, working closely with product managers, designers, and full-stack/AI engineers to craft intuitive, responsive, and reliable user experiences.This is a unique opportunity to join a high-caliber team at the ground floor, help shape our MVP, and influence how users interact with neuro Grid’s AI-driven platform. You should love bringing complex workflows to life through elegant interfaces, and you’ll thrive in the energy of in-person collaboration.Responsibilities- UI development: Build and maintain modern, responsive web applications using React + Type Script.- Design integration: Collaborate with product designers to translate Figma prototypes and customer workflows into production-ready interfaces.- AI user experience: Work with full-stack engineers to embed AI features (e.g., chat, summarization, recommendations) directly into intuitive UI flows.- Code quality: Write clean, reusable, and testable code with strong attention to performance and accessibility.- Collaboration: Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and agile ceremonies; share best practices with peers.- Customer empathy: Advocate for user-centric design and iterate quickly based on customer feedback.- Culture: Contribute to a strong, in-office, high-ownership engineering culture in Bengaluru.Requirements- 3+ years of professional front-end development experience.- Deep expertise in React + Type Script and modern front-end tooling (Webpack/Vite, ESLint, Jest, etc.).- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.- Experience working with APIs (REST/Graph QL) and integrating back-end services.- Familiarity with state management (Redux, Zustand, or similar).- Comfortable in early-stage environments: able to move fast, learn quickly, and make sound tradeoffs.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; thrive in an in-office setting.Bonus- Experience building Saa S products with complex workflows and data-heavy interfaces.- Exposure to AI/ML-powered user interfaces (LLM-driven chat, assistants, workflow automation).- Knowledge of data visualization libraries (D3, Recharts, or similar).- Background in energy, infrastructure, or enterprise platforms.Compensation & Growth- Competitive compensation: Market-leading salary plus meaningful early equity in a fast-growing climate-tech startup.- Impact and ownership: As an early member of our team, you’ll shape product decisions and directly influence how users experience neuro Grid’s AI-driven platform.- Career growth: As the product and team scale, you’ll have opportunities to expand your role—whether leading new features, mentoring engineers, or taking on leadership responsibilities.How to ApplyIf you’re excited to build intuitive, modern web applications and bring AI-powered workflows to life for the energy transition, we’d love to hear from you.Please send your resume and a brief note about your experience and interest in neuro Grid to: Erik Langenborg ( ) and Jack Fisher ( ).
