Sales Executive

I. P. Ltd is looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to promote its Business / ERP solutions for SME's.
Our offerings included Business software / SAAS including ERP. One of our solutions is ERPNext - an open source ERP with zero license cost for unlimited users . ERPNext has over 20,000 customers in over 20 countries and has potnetial to reach thousands of SME's in India - being the only Indian Open Source ERP
This role will offer fast growth to a focussed candidiate enabling them to move to a senior tole.
Roles & Responsibilities
The responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, we’d like to connect with you. Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.
● Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
● Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
● Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
● Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
● Demonstrate the ERPNext solution to client
● Create Proof of Concepts based on client requirement and data
● Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
● Engaging with existing customers for cross-selling & up-selling of products and services
● Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
● Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
● Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
● Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Requirements for this position include
● Graduate or Post Graduate
● Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
● Proficiency in English
● Proficiency with ERPNext software and SaaS Industry is a plus
● Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
● Fast learner and passion for sales
● Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
● Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
● Good Communication, Presentation & Interpersonal Skills

Work Experience:
Must have 1 - 2 years of experience in business software / ERP sales

CTC: ₹ 4L to ₹ 8L per annum
