Job Description: Senior Associate L2 (DevOps/Platform Engineering)Company: Publicis ResourcesPayroll: TECEZEContract: 6 Months (Extendable)Work Location: GurugramExperience Required: 7+ YearsRole OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate L2 (DevOps/Platform Engineering) to design, implement, and manage secure, scalable, and reliable infrastructure across cloud and on-premise environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Azure , strong programming skills in Python/GoLang , and proven experience with CI/CD, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code. This role requires hands-on problem-solving, collaboration with development teams, and mentoring of junior engineers.Key ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure Management: Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure (on-premises or cloud).CI/CD Pipelines: Develop and maintain pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, etc.Infrastructure as Code: Write and manage IaC using Terraform, Ansible, Helm, or similar tools.Monitoring & Observability: Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK).Automation: Automate repetitive tasks and enhance workflows using Python or GoLang.Collaboration: Partner with development teams to improve developer experience, tooling, and deployment strategies.Containerization & Orchestration: Implement Docker-based solutions and manage Kubernetes clusters (EKS, AKS, GKE).Security & Compliance: Ensure secure practices across infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines (IAM, secrets management, vulnerability scanning).Cloud Resource Management: Own and optimize Azure cloud resources for performance and cost efficiency.Reliability & Troubleshooting: Handle production issues, optimize system uptime, and participate in on-call rotations as required.Mentorship: Contribute to DevOps best practices and mentor junior engineers.Required Skills & Experience7+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering .Strong programming/scripting skills in Python and/or GoLang (must-have) .Deep expertise in Azure Cloud Platform (AWS/GCP exposure is a plus).Strong experience with Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, troubleshooting).Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, ArgoCD).Proven experience with Terraform, Ansible, Helm .Strong understanding of Linux systems, networking, and architecture .Experience with GitOps and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) .Proficiency in monitoring and observability tools.Solid understanding of DevSecOps practices and secure DevOps workflows.
