Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Power Apps Developer to join our team in Pune. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper functioning of Power Platform application systems in both test and production environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper functioning of Power Platform application systems in both test and production environments.
  • Deliver a range of services and solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Pages, chatbot, Microsoft Teams, custom development, and data integrations.
  • Identify and resolve application issues while ensuring all production changes follow change management standards, version control, and testing protocols.
  • Provide high-quality service and support to internal users as a Power Platform expert.
  • Define solutions for monitoring applications using the Power Platform, conduct root cause analysis, manage communication with management, and maintain relationships with internal partners.
  • Perform technical and analytical work in the development, design, and analysis of technical solutions for internal partners.

Requirements

  • Development experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Power Pages).
  • Exposure to Custom connectors, SQL, and SharePoint.
  • Hands-on experience in:
  • Working with Power Apps.
  • Maintenance and support of applications.
  • Application deployment solutions (ALM, Azure pipelines).
  • Understanding of:
  • L2 & L3 support and change request management.
  • Troubleshooting APIs or other integration methods.
  • ServiceNow and JIRA.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management and sprint planning.
  • Ability to network with multiple teams globally.
