Workday Integrations DeveloperLocation: RemoteType: Full-TimeDescriptionWe are looking for an experiencedWorkday Integrations Developerwho can operate as a strong individual contributor while also leading technical discussions with stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on experience in Workday integration technologies, strong solution design capability, and excellent communication skills.This role involves end-to-end design and development of Workday integrations across Core HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Benefits, and third-party systems. You will work closely with functional teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clarity of requirements, robust design decisions, and high-quality technical delivery.Candidates must have participated inat least two full-cycle Workday implementationsand should be comfortable working in complex, enterprise environments.ResponsibilitiesLead and contribute todesign discussionswith business and technical stakeholders, translating requirements into scalable Workday integration solutions.Develop integrations usingEIB, Studio, PECI, PICOF, WECI, CCW, Document Transformation, Core Connectors , and other Workday tools.Build and optimizeXSLT/XML transformations , custom reports, calculated fields, and web service integrations (REST/SOAP).Work independently on requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, and deployment of integrations.Participate in code reviews, solution walkthroughs, and documentation of technical specifications.Partner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, validate data flows, and support integration enhancements.Ensure adherence to Workday best practices and maintain high development standards across all deliverables.Must HaveStrong hands-on experience withWorkday integration tools : EIB, Studio, PECI, PICOF, Packaged Connectors, WECI, CCW, Document Transformation.Proven ability to leadintegration design discussionsand articulate technical solutions to stakeholders.Expertise inXSLT, XML, REST/SOAP APIs , custom reports, and calculated fields.Experience as an individual contributor working onat least two end-to-end Workday implementations .Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and drive tasks to completion.Nice to HaveWorkday certifications(Integration, Studio, Core HCM, Reporting, PECI/PICOF, etc.).Exposure toWorkday Orchestrate ,Workday Extend ,Prism Analytics ,WQL , andBIRT .Experience with vendor integrations for Recruiting, BGV, Assessments, LinkedIn, DocuSign, Payroll, or Benefits.Background in API testing tools (e.g., Postman) or CI/CD automation for Workday deployments.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.2–7 yearsof hands-on Workday integration development experience.Proven ability to work in dynamic, fast-paced project environments.Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.Why Join UsOpportunity to design and deliver integrations for high-impact global Workday programs.Direct engagement with stakeholders and business leaders.Exposure to advanced Workday technologies and multi-module integration landscapes.A professional, collaborative environment that supports growth and innovation.
