We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our team. As a Senior/Lead Data Scientist, your primary responsibility will be to lead design and develop predictive models to derive actionable insights from complex data sets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and leverage your expertise in data analysis and modeling techniques to provide valuable solutions.
Additional requirements for this role are dependability and willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty in assisting end-users and following technical issues through to resolution.
Collaborate with domain experts, stakeholders, and data engineers to identify and gather relevant data for analysis.
Data Collection and Integrations.
Understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques.
Develop and apply advanced analytics for organizational strategy like Prescriptive Analytics/Data optimization and simulation.
Work on Data exploration and Visualization.
Extensive experience in Data communication and storytelling
Big Data Analytics, Processing and analyzing large volumes of structured and unstructured data to uncover patterns and trends.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirementsand produce developed models for deployment in real-world systems.
Stay up to date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, computer vision, NLP, and MLOps techniques.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
~8+ years of experience and leading small DS teams.
~ Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role, preferably in a business or industry setting.
~ Strong analytical thinking and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
~ Experience working on tools like Python, Power BI and Tableau.
