About the role:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin & Operations Intern at Orbo.ai in Mumbai. The Admin Intern will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, customer service, and supporting various financial tasks. Daily tasks may include communication with internal teams and external partners, utilizing analytical skills for data analysis, and assisting with finance-related activities.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to the preparation and generation of accurate and timely invoices for customers based on contracts, orders, or service agreements.
- Perform client follow-ups and maintain a tracker for updates and communications.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Operations, and Customer Service) to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to service.
- Assist in maintaining up-to-date records of invoices, payments, and other related adjustments.
- Support in handling general administrative duties, documentation, and communication across teams.
- Participate in month-end and year-end administrative tasks to support business operations.
