JOB DESCRIPTION :Position SummaryLevel: Hyperion P&E Senior ConsultantExperience: 4-8 yearsLocation:Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai/Mumbai/Gurgaon/KolkataNOTE: Look for candidates who have already served their Notice Period.As a Senior Consultant, you will lead the design, build and deliver Oracle cloud FP&A implementations, working with global teams to turn requirements into deliverables. You’ll guide junior staff and manage all project phases to ensure timely, high-quality solutions.Work you’ll doAs a Senior Consultant in Deloitte’s Planning/EPBCS/PBCS/PCMCS team, you will:Lead end-to-end design and development of Hyperion Planning, Essbase, PBCS, EPBCS, and PCMCS applicationsDrive requirement gathering, project delivery, and risk assessment for complex client engagementsDesign and develop core components, including integrations, calculation scripts, business rules, dashboards, forms, and reports.Manage system testing, UAT and Hypercare tasksChampion technical excellence and ensure consistent, high-quality results across all phasesProactively resolve and escalate critical issues to safeguard project timelines and objectivesOptimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.Foster collaboration among leads, onsite teams, and stakeholders to drive solution optimizationMentor and empower junior team members, shaping technical and functional capabilitiesServes as a key liaison between business users and the project's technical teamQualificationsMust Have:6+ years of relevant work experience with Oracle PlanningStrong Hands-on experience in Oracle EPBCS or PCMCS and its featuresExperience in EPBCS OOB Modules, Custom and Reporting cubesProven track record leading delivery across EPM Suite projectsDeep expertise in Business Rules, Forms, Dashboards, Data Integration, Metadata Management and MDX calculationsProficient with EPM Automate, Batch/Shell operations, and Groovy scriptingProficient in managing user provisioning and security setup in Shared ServicesA strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processesExcellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interact with both business and IT-focused clientsGood to Have:Demonstrated expertise in prototyping, solution enhancement, and performance optimizationExperience with ODI, EDMCS, EPRCS or alternative third-party reporting solutionsEducation:CA/BE/B.Tech degree or equivalent from accredited university
