Brief Job Description:

NAV is seeking a Full Stack Developer with React.js experience and a strong foundation in C#, SQL Server, and API integration. As a Senior Associate, you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications, ensuring seamless integration of front-end and back-end systems.

• Contribute to and review technical requirements, design decisions, and testing strategies.

• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other development leads to meet project objectives.

• Develop and maintain robust server-side APIs using C# and .NET frameworks.

• Participate in Agile software development processes, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality

solutions.

• Manage database development, queries, and performance optimization in SQL Server.

• Perform code reviews, share best practices, and mentor junior developers.

• Ensure high-quality development by adhering to CI/CD principles, automated testing, and best practices.

• Resolve production issues promptly and ensure continuous application stability.

• Contribute to DevOps activities and smooth deployment pipelines.

• Adapt to changing business requirements and shifting project priorities.

• Lead and organize knowledge transfer (KT) sessions to ensure team alignment and knowledge sharing.

Educational Qualification:• B.E. or B. Tech

Experience:• 6-8 years

Work Experience and Skills required:

• Full-stack development experience with a strong focus on React.js for front-end development.

• Proficiency in server-side development using C# and the .NET framework.

• Extensive experience with SQL Server, including database development, complex queries, and

performance optimization.

• Expertise in API development and integration, specifically RESTful APIs.

• Hands-on experience with front-end technologies such as React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Solid experience in Agile methodologies, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality software.

• Familiarity with NoSQL databases and integration with backend systems is a plus.

• Strong understanding of DevOps practices and continuous integration/deployment pipelines.

• Troubleshooting experience, with the ability to quickly resolve production issues and improve system reliability.

• Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes is beneficial.

• Basic knowledge of Linux environments is preferred.
