Our goal is to deliver measurable, high-impact results for our clients.Location: Delhi (In-Office)Employment Type: Full-timeExperience Level: 2–5 yearsAbout the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword strategies, and on/off-page optimization to improve website visibility, organic traffic, and rankings. You will collaborate with content, marketing, and web development teams to drive measurable growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and traffic.Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify content and ranking opportunities.Optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for search engines.Manage on-page SEO (meta tags, headers, schema, internal linking) and technical SEO (site speed, crawlability, indexing).Plan and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority.Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.Collaborate with content writers and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied.Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, search engine algorithm updates, and industry best practices.Requirements2–3 years of proven experience in SEO.Strong knowledge of Google algorithms, keyword research, and analytics tools.Hands-on experience with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz).Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify.Understanding of technical SEO fundamentals.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Nice to HaveExperience in local SEO and international SEO.Knowledge of PPC/Google Ads and how SEO integrates with SEM.Familiarity with AI-driven SEO strategies and tools.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance incentives.Opportunity to work on diverse projects with global exposure.Learning and growth opportunities with a fast-growing team.Flexible work environment.
