What will you do:
B2B Lead Generation & Nurturing:
- Reach out to pharmaceutical companies to generate interest in our products, leveraging various online and offline campaigns such as digital marketing, brand partnerships, social media, and on-ground activations.
- Identify, develop, and optimize growth channels to drive revenue, focusing on strategies that effectively capture and engage potential leads in the B2B segment.
- Analyze marketing data and user feedback (e.g., campaign results, conversion rates, traffic) to inform and refine future marketing strategies, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Propose and implement new initiatives to attract and convert prospects, testing innovative approaches to meet and exceed lead generation goals.
- Create and execute nurturing campaigns for hot leads, developing comprehensive plans that guide potential clients from initial interest to conversion, ensuring a smooth and effective lead nurturing process.
Sales Operations
- Gain insights from sales teams on ground realities, providing valuable feedback to refine product offerings, pricing, and messaging.
- Define SOPs for training, client engagement, and sales procedures, and establish KPIs to measure sales process effectiveness.
- Manage the CRM tool (Zoho) to monitor the current status of leads, track probable sales for the month, and derive actionable insights for forecasting and strategy.
- Handle end-to-end MIS and sales budgeting processes, ensuring accurate reporting and effective resource allocation.
- Optimize sales processes by analyzing performance data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to align sales strategies with company goals and ensure seamless execution.
Product Marketing: .
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of all products, including their pricing, benefits to clients, and value to healthcare professionals (HCPs), ensuring clear communication of product offerings.
- Create and implement marketing strategies for each product, including automated marketing flows, to streamline processes and reduce manual effort, improving efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with the sales team to gather insights and ensure effective communication between teams, making necessary updates and improvements to products based on real-time feedback.
- Conduct training sessions for the sales team on product features, benefits, and compliance guidelines, empowering them to effectively engage with HCPs and drive product adoption.
- Support go-to-market strategies by developing compelling product messaging, sales collateral, and customer-facing materials that resonate with the target audience.
Marketing Strategies:
- Outline the marketing journey for every product via digital channels such as Emails, WhatsApp, Push notifications etc. Work closely with the technical team to structure and automate marketing communication, ensuring timely and relevant outreach to the target audience.Implement marketing automation tools and platforms to optimize communication processes.
- Lead the development of robust marketing plans for our client projects and oversee the creation of compelling content for the marketing initiatives.
- Based on continuous data analysis create the cohort, content and channel strategy for products & projects.Continuously optimize the strategies based on data and qualitative inputs by clients, peers and customers
- Strategise and implement via various channels, feedback collection and analysis efforts - project, product and platform level.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field + MBA from tier 1 college is mandatory
- 6 - 8 years of experience in Growth Manager, Marketing Professional (Product marketing / B2C Marketing), Category Manager is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent excel and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with customer engagement tools like WebEngage, Gupshup, Zoho is a plus
