This is an exceptional opportunity for candidates with a background in Banking, Finance, or Insurance and expertise in putting "foot in the door" with key decision-makers. If you have a strong network in Delhi’s government or Mumbai’s corporate sectors, we’d like to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Relationship Management Establish, build, and maintain strategic relationships within government (Delhi) or corporate (Mumbai) sectors. Identify, introduce, and initiate potential deal opportunities by leveraging your network and expertise. Develop strategies to penetrate the market and position our firm as a trusted partner in Surety Insurance and Trade Credit services. Client Consulting & Solution Design Conduct needs assessments and consult clients on Surety and Trade Credit insurance solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that mitigate risk and align with client requirements. Present customized solutions in a clear, persuasive, and professional manner, ensuring alignment with client goals. Market Insight & Expertise Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics impacting Surety and Trade Credit domains. Provide clients with insights, including best practices and risk management strategies, to build their confidence and drive business growth. Networking & Brand Building Attend industry events and actively participate in forums to strengthen brand presence and expand your professional network. Represent the firm in client meetings, negotiations, and discussions, displaying a deep understanding of market trends and client needs. Qualifications: Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance from a reputable institution. Experience: 2-5 years in banking, finance, insurance, or a related field with relevant experience in Surety and Trade Credit. Preferred Background: Proven experience in engaging government stakeholders (Delhi) or corporate decision-makers (Mumbai). Skill Set: Strong interpersonal skills with a persuasive, articulate communication style; ability to introduce and close deals effectively. Desired Traits: Networked: Established connections within government (for Delhi role) or corporate circles (for Mumbai role). Articulate: Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex solutions effectively. Initiative-Taker: Ability to proactively identify opportunities, initiate conversations, and secure introductions.
