Experience developing and integrating with REST APIs and GraphQL
Should have exposure on performance tuning or UAT/Production or integration challenges.
Should have exposure on CI/CD knowledge or Server or infrastructure awareness
Competency in back-end development using Node.js &Front end using React .js
Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar leadership role in a software development environment
Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles
Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically
Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, ensuring high levels of collaboration, productivity, and code quality
Oversee the design and architecture of scalable and robust software solutions
Actively participate in coding, development, and implementation of front-end applications using React
Develop and maintain services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality products
Perform code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to best practices
Drive continuous improvement in the software development process and technology stack
