Senior Product owner Revenue cycle:- Mentor product analysts and product owners and drive the adoption of product best practices.Education and Experience Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).- 6–9+ years of experience in data product management, business intelligence, or analytics-focused roles.- CSPO Certification preferred- Proven experience leading cross-functional product development teams in an Agile environment.- Moderate to advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel.Strong background in dashboarding and reporting tools (Power BI preferred), with knowledge of data warehouse environments such as Snowflake.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:- Strategic thinking with the ability to align data product initiatives to business outcomes.- Deep understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle and analytics use cases.- Expertise in Agile product development and backlog management using Azure DevOps.- Strong data literacy; able to converse fluently with data engineers, analysts, and business leaders.- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting to senior stakeholders.- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and balancing competing priorities.- Experience working in a remote team environment, with strong self-management and organization.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced setting.- Ability to read, understand, and apply state/federal laws, regulations, and policies.- Ability to communicate with diverse personalities in a tactful, mature, and professional manner.- Ability to remain flexible and work within a collaborative and fast paced environment.- Basic use of computer, telephone, internet, copier, fax, and scanner.- Basic touch 10 key skills.- Basic Math skills.- Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.- Strong time management and organizational skills.- Strong knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel (pivot tables), and database software skills.Drop CV at
