Role: Azure Databricks Data Engineer
Desired Experience: 5- 10 Years
Job Location: Hyderabad/Bengaluru
Job Description:
Technical Requirements Gathering and Development of Functional Specifications.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using Azure Databricks, Data Factory, and other Azure services.
Implement and optimize Spark jobs, data transformations, and data processing workflows in Databricks.
Leverage Azure Dev Ops and CI/CD best practices to automate the deployment and management of data pipelines and infrastructure.
Conducting troubleshooting on data models.
Work with the Agile Devops scrum teams.
Presenting best practices to our team members and Community of Practice.
Azure Databricks Data Engineer with Python, Py Spark ETL notebook development and User Defined Functions
Databricks: Understanding the functional (medallion) and technical (spark / compute) architecture.
Modular coding, Python, Py Spark developing framework and code library for other engineers.
Databricks Administration: Security, Clusters, Unity Catalog
Data Modeling: Dimensional Modelling (dim, fact). Translate business requirements into a data model.
Azure Dev Ops
Infrastructure as code, building build and release pipelines in YAML.
Terraform script development and deployment for Azure Infrastructure as Code, deploying Azure Databricks environments.
Good to have AWS Databricks Data Engineer with Python, Py Spark notebook development and User Defined Functions
Good to have Data Modeling : Data Vault (hub, link, sat). Translate business requirements into a data model.
Good to have Git Hub ? Infrastructure as code, building build and release pipelines in YAML.
