Job Description
Role & Responsibility
-We are seeking a motivated Dev Ops with a passion for implementing, supporting, and designing high-quality architecture. We extensively leverage the cloud, and the systems we operate are managed with a combination of technologies including Ansible, Terraform, Docker and Kubernetes, python, shell scripting, and other automation tools.
6+ years of experience provisioning, operating and managing AWS environments and services such as EKS, ALB, EC2, VPC, Cloudfront, RDS, and security services.
Support live production systems and excellent problem-solving and debugging skills to diagnose issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
Experience in networking/VPN as well as security.
Automate end-to-end deployment and management process applying Infrastructure as Code and Immutable Infrastructure principles.
Engineer and implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git Lab, or similar.
Implement containerization strategies using Docker, Kubernetes and Helm
Experience in automation, configuration management, and testing via python, shell scripting and tools such as Ansible, Terraform, AWS CDK, Cloud Formation.
Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) systems and methodologies on the AWS platform
Experience with Logging and monitoring solutions like Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, New Relic, Datadog, Splunk
Experience with service mesh like Istio for advanced service discovery of microservices running in the cluster
Strong experience working around microservice architecture and API knowledge is a nice plus
Hands-on experience with at least one major CI tool such as Jenkins, Git Lab or similar.
Knowledge of hardware and software firewalls, intrusion detection methods, security systems, and DDo S protection.
Strong system administration experience on the Linux platform.
Fluent in modern software development practices and open source stacks.
Expertise in database administration and management - My SQL, Postgre SQL, Scylla DB, Clickhouse
Hands-on experience with the Maven/Gradle build tool.
