About the CompanyWe are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Finance Controller to oversee all aspects of our financial operations and accounting practices of India site. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader responsible for ensuring robust financial control, accurate reporting, cost management, and compliance. This role is pivotal in providing financial insights to drive business decisions and support our ambitious growth plans.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Finance Controller to oversee all aspects of our financial operations and accounting practices of India site. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader responsible for ensuring robust financial control, accurate reporting, cost management, and compliance. This role is pivotal in providing financial insights to drive business decisions and support our ambitious growth plans.ResponsibilitiesFinancial Control & Accounting:Oversee all accounting operations, including Billing, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.Prepare and publish monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) / IFRS.Manage and comply with local, state, and central government reporting requirements and tax filings (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors.Cost & Management Accounting:Develop and maintain standard costing systems for all products.Analyze manufacturing costs and prepare periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.Identify and report on variances, their causes, and recommend corrective actions.Monitor and control operational expenses, driving cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.Lead the annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes for the plant.Treasury & Compliance:Hands-on experience managing inter-company
