Our studios wing offers comprehensive post-production solutions for films, web series, TV, and digital shows, along with localization and adaptation services for international content.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a motivated, organized, and people-friendly HR Intern / Trainee to support Recruitment & HR Operations at our Mumbai HQ.This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn, gain hands-on HR exposure, and grow in a fast-paced, creative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in recruitment : sourcing, screening, coordination & scheduling interviewsSupport onboarding , inductions, and HR documentationMaintain HR records, attendance & employee data using Google SuiteContribute to employee engagement and internal communicationAssist with payroll inputs , leave tracking & monthly HR operationsHandle employee queries and basic compliance tasksSupport exit formalities and HR reportingRequired Skills and QualificationsRecent graduate in HR / Psychology / Management or related fieldInterest in HR operations & talent acquisitionWorking knowledge of Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Calendar)Strong communication, interpersonal & organizational skillsProactive, approachable & detail-oriented Language & Communication ProficiencyLanguage Proficiency: English (Required)Benefits and Perks4 Work-from-Home days per monthComplimentary lunch, tea, coffee, and snacksA creative, diverse, and innovation-driven cultureA Day at Cocoma Digital – HR Trainee/ InternYour day starts with screening applications and scheduling interviews.By midday, you’re coordinating with teams, supporting onboarding, and updating HR documents.In the afternoon, you handle employee queries, track attendance, assist with payroll inputs, and help plan engagement activities.Every day is fast-paced, collaborative, and packed with opportunities to shape culture and support smooth HR operations.
