Role Description
As a Sales Coordinator , you’ll play a key role in ensuring that businesses find the right software solutions through our network. You’ll follow up on unmatched leads, understand their requirements, and coordinate with relevant third-party software providers for lead-sharing opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with business owners, problem-solving, and ensuring a seamless connection between businesses and the right software solutions..
Responsibilities
- 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, lead management, or inside sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi are essential, (additional regional languages being are an advantage)
- Prior experience in handling business leads and engaging with potential customers is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM tools for managing leads and follow-ups
- Ability to coordinate with third-party software providers and internal teams.
- A proactive mindset, structured approach, and strong follow-up skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities are required to assess customer needs.
- Experience in B2B sales, software sales, or IT solutions is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
