Job Title: Payroll Specialist (LATAM)Location: BangaloreExperience: 3-4+ yearsJob Description:We are seeking a Payroll Specialist (LATAM) to independently manage payroll operations across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payroll processing, vendor coordination, and compliance, with strong communication and analytical skills.Key Responsibilities:Independently handle global payroll operations (LATAM) across multiple geographies.Prepare payroll inputs and maintain attendance and time tracking data.Coordinate with payroll vendors for timely and accurate payroll execution.Validate payroll outputs shared by vendors and ensure accuracy.Respond to employee queries related to payroll and statutory deductions.Liaise with internal and external auditors for payroll-related audits.Maintain compliance with local statutory regulations and labor laws.Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT teams for smooth payroll delivery.Support process improvements and automation initiatives.Desired Candidate Profile:Strong understanding of payroll processes (LATAM) and statutory compliance.Experience in vendor management and payroll validations.Basic knowledge of Compensation & Benefits and accounting principles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.Experience in handling employee queries and audit requirements.
