We are looking for aSenior WMS Developerwith 7+ years of experience to help enhance, optimize, and modernize our core Warehouse Management System (WMS) platforms. The role involves deep hands-on development inC / Pro*C , high-performance OLTP systems, and integrations with warehouse automation technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesCore DevelopmentDesign, develop, and maintain core WMS modules usingC ,Pro*C , and theCatalystframeworkImplement key warehouse workflows: allocation, picking, putaway, inventory managementOptimize Oracle SQL & Pro*C database interactions for high-performance transactionsWrite clean, modular, well-documented code and participate in code reviewsIntegration & CollaborationIntegrate WMS with automation systems (Exotec, Bastian AutoStore, etc.)Work with Python/Django teams forC–Python integrationsCollaborate with DB teams to fine-tune Pro*C SQL performanceWork closely with operations to align business and technical requirementsTechnical LeadershipMentor junior developers in C and WMS developmentLead technical design/architecture discussionsContribute to modernization and refactoring initiativesDocument best practices, design patterns, and architectural principles✅ Required QualificationsTechnical Skills7+ yearsof experience inCorOracle Pro*C(memory management, Unix/Linux, performance tuning)Strong expertise inSQL / PL/SQLand Oracle database optimizationExperience working with high-volumeOLTPsystemsDomain Expertise3+ yearsof hands-on experience in WMS (Catalyst, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, HighJump, SAP EWM, etc.)Good understanding of warehouse operations, automation, RF systemsKnowledge of supply chain and logistics fundamentalsProfessional Experience7–10 yearstotal software development experienceProven experience delivering stable, enterprise-grade systems in production
