This is a unique opportunity to combine counseling expertise with proactive engagement, and help foster a culture of openness, empathy, and resilience on campus.What You’ll Get to DoProvide overnight mental health support on a rotational basis (10 PM – 6 AM).Conduct in-person counseling sessions in student hostelsFacilitate walk-in sessions and manage student appointments through the YourDOST portal.Undertake floor walks in hostels (along with Wellness Champions) to build visibility, accessibility, and trust with students.Maintain timely case notes, records, and reports while upholding strict confidentiality and ethical standards.Collaborate with the team to run awareness drives, workshops, and well-being campaigns across campus.You Should Apply If You:Hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology (mandatory).Have (1 - 8 years) experience (or strong interest) in working with youth/academic mental health.Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with students in an empathetic, approachable way.Are comfortable with flexible working hours, including night shifts.Are fluent in English and Hindi (knowledge of Bengali is a plus).Willing to stay on campusWhy This Role?Be at the heart of a vibrant academic ecosystem, where your work directly impacts student lives.Gain rich training and supervision as part of YourDOST’s psychologist community, learning best practices, new tools, and approaches from peers across India.Work in close collaboration with a supportive team of psychologists, trainers, and coordinators who believe in learning, experimenting, and growing together.Receive on-campus accommodation (Pls note, living on campus is a must)This isn’t just another job, it's a chance to grow your skills, expand your experience, and be a steady presence in students’ lives , someone they know they can turn to when it matters most.
