Job Title- Specialist - Strategic AccountsJob Location- BangaloreJob Type- PermanentJob Summary:As a Specialist - Strategic Accounts, you will support strategic customer relationships that are part of significant, long-term contractual agreements by providing services to our customers including sales support, material sourcing, supply chain management and expediting. You will work with supplier partners to maintain service levels and best sourcing practices. You will identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and support customer goals while prioritizing relationships to provide solutions with a consultative service approach/framework. Key Responsibilities:Act as a key point of contact for customers, suppliers and our operations team to manage order entry and fulfillmentExpedite material to meet contractual obligations and customer requirementsMaintain reporting for internal and customer requirementsSource alternate products as needed to maintain delivery schedules or stock requirementsCoordinate customer requests with operations team to ensure delivery and packaging requirements are metCommunicate promise date, material, delivery changes, manufacturer defects, etc. changes with customersQualifications and Skills:Bachelors Degree is preferredExperience in Microsoft Office – Excel, Outlook, WordDemonstrated effectiveness in both written and verbal communicationPrior experience with sourcing and RFQs
