You will: Executive-Level Incident Response (L3 Escalation) : Manage and resolve escalated incidents from the L2 (Senior Manager) and make executive decisions on high-impact security threats. Develop and implement the organization's cybersecurity strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals. Oversee enterprise-wide risk management, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and conducting audits. Manage relationships with OEM partners and external vendors to ensure optimal security solution integration. Report to senior leadership and stakeholders on security risks, incidents, and strategic initiatives. Lead the cybersecurity team, mentor L1 and L2 managers, and ensure the team is prepared to handle evolving threats. You have: 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles, with at least 5 years in leadership or executive roles. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or related fields Deep expertise in cybersecurity frameworks, standards (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS), and risk management. Experience in managing escalated incidents, large-scale security programs, and regulatory compliance. Knowledge of OEM security products, cloud security (AWS, Azure), and advanced threat detection tools. Proven ability to manage complex security projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills to engage with executive stakeholders and non-technical audiences CEH and CISM are required. Additional certifications like CISSP, CISA, or relevant industry qualifications are highly desirable.
