About the Role
The Senior B2 B Marketing Executive will lead marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support revenue growth in the fintech and payments industry. This role requires a strong understanding of the B2 B landscape and experience with strategic marketing campaigns targeted at business clients. The ideal candidate is skilled in content creation, digital marketing, and analytics, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role involves close collaboration with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on messaging, strategy, and performance metrics.
Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and manage multi-channel B2 B marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand visibility in the fintech payments industry.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure effectiveness and alignment with overall business objectives.
Create high-quality content, including white papers, case studies, blog posts, and industry reports, to showcase Capital Wallet’s expertise and support lead generation.
Collaborate with product and sales teams to develop materials that address client pain points and highlight product benefits.
Manage SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid media campaigns to attract and nurture high-quality leads.
Utilize marketing automation tools to design workflows and segment audiences for targeted, personalized marketing efforts.
Work on positioning Capital Wallet as a thought leader in the payments space by identifying and leveraging industry trends, news, and regulatory updates.
Organize and support webinars, and other thought leadership activities to engage prospects and current clients.
Conduct ongoing research on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to adapt marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
Use insights to make recommendations on messaging, product positioning, and new content.
Coordinate Capital Wallet’s presence at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand recognition and establish connections with key decision-makers.
Partner with Sales to ensure events are leveraged for maximum lead generation and relationship-building.
Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure cohesive messaging and unified strategy across touchpoints.
Provide marketing insights and client feedback to Product teams to guide product development and enhancement.
Track and analyze the performance of marketing activities, using data to refine strategies, adjust targeting, and ensure campaign ROI.
Present insights and reports to leadership to demonstrate marketing impact on sales pipeline and revenue.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
4+ years of experience in B2 B marketing within the fintech or payments industry, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
Proven expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, and content creation for a business audience.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
Strong understanding of B2 B marketing principles and customer acquisition strategies.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on client-centric messaging.
Data-driven mindset, with proficiency in analyzing campaign metrics and generating actionable insights.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong project management skills.
