Reports To: Project Head
Salary: 40k-45k
Required Experience & Knowledge:
Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering .
Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience in structural design, particularly in water retaining structures and solar structures.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in STAAD Pro, Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Auto CAD.
Expertise in structural analysis and cost optimization.
Structural Analysis and Structural Engineering skills
Experience in construction or structural design projects
Key Responsibilities:
Structural Design:
Design and analyze water retaining structures (e.g., OHSR, CWR), civil, steel, and solar support structures.
Ensure compliance with wind loads, seismic conditions, and other relevant factors.
Use advanced engineering tools for detailed structural drawings and specifications.
Material Selection:
Identify and select suitable materials meeting IS codes and project standards.
Work closely with procurement teams to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
Innovation & Optimization:
Develop innovative solutions to enhance design efficiency.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Collaboration:
Work with project managers, electrical engineers, and construction teams to integrate designs.
Provide technical support during construction and installation phases.
Quality Assurance:
Implement quality control measures for structural integrity and durability.
Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.
Documentation:
Prepare design documentation, including calculations, drawings, and specifications.
Maintain accurate records of design changes and project updates.
General Competencies:
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
